Once a release has reached over 1 million streams or is placed on a Major Label/Major Indie Label, the loop must be cleared and the royalties/publishing will be split 50/50.

Are these sample packs royalty free? ▼

Some sample packs are 100% royalty free. Meaning they will never need to be cleared. The rest of the sample packs on S.M.L are completely royalty free for independent releases.
